Background
Anne made her positive transition into a career in psychology as a mature age student after already achieving success in previous careers as a hairdresser, small business owner and teacher for TAFE NSW.
She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Newcastle and then worked in Community Health where she provided generalist psychological services to people of all ages with a wide variety of presentations before moving into private practice. Anne also gained her Masters degree in Coaching Psychology under the tutelage of Dr Anthony Grant from the world's leading Coaching Psychology unit at the University of Sydney.
Anne now practices Applied Positive Psychology and enjoys working with individual adults to assist them to achieve their personal and professional goals. She is also an experienced trainer and gains great satisfaction out of delivering seminars and workshops for organisations to improve Workplace Wellbeing and develop staff in the workplace.
Since founding Positive Transitions Anne has been focusing on achieving her vision of people being empowered to fulfil their potential and lead engaged meaningful lives.
